BRAND REPOSITIONING

Client Objective: Re-position the brand to differentiate itself from growing competitors 

Strategic solution: Elevate the brand positioning from Cotton Pad make up removal Expert to Beauty Care Expert: "Cotton Science". Create an iconic cotton flower that introduces a "natural cosmetic" dimension to the Brand Identity

Results: Brand sales increased by 8 points during the first year. After having been applied in France the "Cotton Science" Brand strategy was implemented throughout Europe.
