Client objective: Create a strategic roadmap toward brand/product consolidation under Tango brand in order to get back to n°1 brand in the biscuit category. Help the consumer to have a clear and easy navigation into Tango's portfolio (100 SKUs).

Strategic Solution: Get back to Tango's roots and heritage to deliver a coherent while modern positioning. Determine one charted brand identity able to overhead in a meaningful way independent brands like Waffle, Fullo, Candy, etc.
